First we meet with you and your team to understand who you are and your unique challenges. We met over three days with Rivian leaders to understand their business and the project.

Once we understand we test we produce workflows and architecture to validate before moving to design.

After 3 days of meetings with the Rivian team we met with the team to review and update as needed.

Designs are tested with users and iterated and polished to meet both user and business needs.

We met with Rivian users and leaders and performed 2 weeks of onsite moderated testing to provide next steps for iteration of the design.

Complexity has met her match.

Real-user testing

We can perform in-person moderated testing to test designs with real users. We then iterate based on that feedback. This ensures you make the right choice in design and interface that works for both business and user.
